After coming back to Brisbane from our Gold Coast adventures we were to spend the remainder of the day in the library catching up on research, blogging, and emailing. The first order of business; however, was to get some food. A group of us settled for a Thai restaurant called Thai Rose. I ordered some pad thai and looked forward to feasting on this delicious pile of noodles, pad thai sauce, peanuts, and spring onions. It was phenomenal. Possibly the best pad thai I have ever had. After overeating and feeling like I was about to pop I attempted to go get some work done. I found myself unmotivated and uninterested in doing any sort of thinking. So, I did I typed up a blog the weekend’s festivities and called it a day.
